Artisans working on textile craft

Our Story

Textile Craft India was founded in 2020 with a simple yet powerful mission: to showcase and support the incredible world of small-scale textile manufacturing in India. What began as a personal passion project has grown into a platform that connects artisans, entrepreneurs, and textile enthusiasts from across the globe.

Our founder, Rajiv Sharma, comes from a family with three generations of involvement in textile production. After witnessing the challenges faced by small-scale producers in competing with industrial operations, he established this platform to highlight their unique advantages and help them navigate the modern marketplace.

Today, Textile Craft India serves as both an educational resource and a bridge between traditional craftsmanship and contemporary business practices.
