At Textile Craft India, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for refunds and returns of our products and services. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

Textile Craft India offers a satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality or condition of any item in your order, we will provide a refund or credit at our discretion.

This guarantee applies to both one-time purchases and subscription deliveries.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Quality Issues: Products that are damaged or otherwise not up to our quality standards upon delivery
  • Missing Items: Products that were charged but not included in your delivery
  • Incorrect Items: Products that were delivered but different from what you ordered
  • Late Delivery: Deliveries that arrive significantly outside the scheduled delivery window, resulting in product degradation
  • General Dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with a product for any reason

3. Refund Request Timeframe

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the issue within:

  • 7 days of delivery for physical products with quality issues, missing items, or incorrect items
  • 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time for late deliveries
  • 14 days of purchase for digital products, courses, or workshops if unused

We strongly recommend that you inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery to ensure timely reporting of any issues.

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund Request Process:

  2. Provide Order Details: Include your order number, the items you're unsatisfied with, and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
  3. Documentation: If possible, provide photos of the product issue to help us address the problem effectively.
  4. Review: Our customer service team will review your request and may ask for additional information if needed.
  5. Resolution: We will process your refund or offer an appropriate solution within 5-7 business days of receiving your request.

For physical products, we may request that you return the item before processing a refund. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and may cover return shipping costs depending on the circumstances.

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase whenever possible:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunded to the same card used for purchase
  • Bank Transfers: Refunded to the originating bank account
  • Digital Wallets: Refunded to the same digital wallet account
  • Alternative Methods: In cases where the original payment method cannot be refunded, we will work with you to find an acceptable alternative

Please note that refunds to credit/debit cards typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

6. Return Shipping

For situations requiring the return of physical products:

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to customer preference or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • All returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit
  • We recommend using tracked shipping methods for all returns to ensure delivery confirmation

Specific return instructions will be provided when a return is authorized by our customer service team.

7. Digital Products, Workshops, and Services

Our refund policy for digital content and services is as follows:

  • Digital Downloads: Eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase if not downloaded
  • Online Workshops and Courses: Eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of content has been accessed
  • Consulting Services: Eligible for partial refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before scheduled consultation time
  • Custom Services: Non-refundable once work has begun, partial refunds may be available for incomplete work

Due to the nature of digital content, once it has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed substantially, we cannot offer refunds.

8. Non-Refundable Items and Situations

The following items and situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that show signs of use, wear, or alteration beyond inspection
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Digital products that have been fully downloaded, accessed, or consumed
  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Products purchased as final sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents after delivery

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.

9. Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer service
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law
  • If you cancel within the first 30 days of a new subscription, you may be eligible for a prorated refund
