The agreement between you and Craft and Loom when you buy from this site.
1. Who you are dealing with

2. This website sells directly and processes payment online
This is stated explicitly because it must match how the site actually works: craftandloom.com does operate an online checkout and does take payment on the site through PayPal. Placing an order here is a purchase, not a request for a quote.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — the item sold out, or the address is outside the United States and Australia — we cancel and refund in full within 3 business days.
4. Prices
All prices are in USD and include shipping to the United States and Australia. No sales tax, VAT or GST is added; we are not registered for those. Prices may change at any time, but never after you have paid.
5. Quantity discounts
Discounts are applied automatically to the cart based on the number of items in it: 2 items −12%, 3–4 −14%, 5–9 −17%, 10 or more −24%. The discount shown in your cart is the discount charged. If a displayed discount and a charged amount ever disagree, the lower amount applies and we will refund the difference.
6. Payment
Payment is processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store card details. Full detail on the Payment Information page, which forms part of these terms.
7. Delivery
Dispatch and delivery times are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. The Shipping Policy forms part of these terms.
8. Returns
The Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these terms and does not limit your statutory rights.
9. Handmade goods
Items are made by hand. Colour, dimensions and finish vary slightly between pieces and from the photographs on this site. Product photographs are representative rather than exact.
10. Intellectual property
All text, photographs, designs and pattern instructions on this site belong to Craft and Loom. Kits and patterns are sold for personal use; you may sell finished items you make from them, but you may not reproduce or resell the pattern instructions themselves.
11. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, place fraudulent orders, or use another person’s payment method without authorisation.
12. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
