Ordering
Do I need an account to order?
No. There is no account to create. Add to cart, enter your address, pay.
Do I need a PayPal account?
No. On the PayPal page choose “Debit or Credit Card” and pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express as a guest.
Is the discount automatic?
Yes. Put 3 items in the cart and 14% comes off the total by itself. There is no code to enter. The total shown in the cart is the total PayPal charges.
Can I mix categories to reach a discount tier?
Yes. The tier is based on how many items are in the cart, not what they are.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Nothing. It is already included in every price. No minimum order, no conditions.
Will the total change when I enter my address?
No. That is the whole reason shipping is built into the price.
Which countries do you ship to?
the United States and Australia. Checkout will not accept an address elsewhere.
Will I be charged import duty?
Depending on where your order is dispatched from, your country may charge import duty, tax or a customs handling fee. Any such charge is set by your customs authority, is not collected by us, and is the responsibility of the buyer. If duty applies to your order we will say so on the product page before you pay.
How long does it take?
Dispatched in 1–2 business days, delivered in 5–7 business days. Made-to-order pieces take 5–10 business days to dispatch; the product page says which ones.
Products
Why does the colour differ from the photo?
Hand-dyed fabric varies between batches, and screens vary too. The photograph is representative, not exact. If a piece is genuinely not what you expected, the 30-day return applies.
What size should I order?
Each product page lists the sizes available. If you are between sizes, email ngotuan0784@gmail.com with your measurements and I will tell you honestly which will fit better.
Can you make a custom size?
Often yes, for clothing. Email before ordering. Custom-sized pieces are not returnable for change of mind.
Are the craft kits suitable for beginners?
The sashiko and punch needle kits assume no experience at all and include an illustrated guide. The weaving kit is easier with some patience but still needs no prior skill.
After ordering
I did not get a confirmation email.
Check your spam folder first, then email us with the order number from the confirmation screen. We can resend it.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If the parcel has not shipped, yes — email straight away. Once a label is printed the carrier controls it.
How do I return something?
Email us within 30 days of delivery. Full detail on the Refund and Returns Policy page.
The PayPal window is not in English.
PayPal picks its language from the location of whoever is paying, and that cannot be changed from our side. The amount and currency are unaffected.
