Where we ship
We ship to the United States and Australia only. If your country is not on this list, the checkout will not let you complete an order — that is deliberate, so nobody pays for something we cannot deliver.

Why shipping is free
It is not a promotion and it is not conditional on a minimum order. The cost of getting the parcel to you is calculated into every price on this site. One number, shown up front, that does not change when you enter your address.
Where parcels ship from
Every piece is made by hand in Hanoi, Vietnam. We are currently finalising our dispatch arrangements for each market, so the delivery estimates above are indicative. Your order confirmation email will tell you exactly where your parcel ships from and give you a tracking number.
Tracking
Every order ships tracked. Your tracking number is emailed the moment the label is created. If it has been more than 1–2 business days and you have not received one, email ngotuan0784@gmail.com.
Made-to-order items
Some pieces are made after you order. The product page says so. Dispatch for those is 5–10 business days rather than 1–2 business days, and monogrammed items add roughly 2 days for the personalisation.
Address accuracy
Please check your address before paying. We can change it if you email within a few hours of ordering, but once a label is printed the carrier controls the parcel. A parcel returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address is refunded minus the actual return shipping cost.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will replace the item or refund it in full. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
Import duty and customs
Depending on where your order is dispatched from, your country may charge import duty, tax or a customs handling fee. Any such charge is set by your customs authority, is not collected by us, and is the responsibility of the buyer. If duty applies to your order we will say so on the product page before you pay.
